• STAR Stories (page 1,2) — Get your stories straight ahead of a job interviews, by following the STAR method (Situation | Task | Actions | Results).
• Values Matrix, Your Strengths and Weaknesses, and Your Energizers and Drainers (page 3) — Identify how the company's values align with yours. Identify your top strengths and weaknesses, and the type of activities that either energize or drain you.
• Cross-functional Collaborations, and Stakeholders (page 4) — Identify past cross-functional collaborations and list all customers, enterprises, brands or partners you previously worked with.
• TMAY (Tell Me About Yourself), Motivation, and Why Me Attributes (page 5) — Build your "elevator pitch", reflect on your motivation for applying, and identify what attributes make you uniquely qualified for the role.
• Role Responsibilities and Your Ideas (page 6) — Match role responsibilities with proactive ideas to discuss during the interview.
